Lease was up 01/31/24 in my last ledger they said that I had a late fee for rent for 02/01/24 it is now 05/18/24 and I have not received my deposit back. Took a video of the apartment before and after move out. They tried saying I altered the apartment by painting cabinets even though this unit was renovated by the previous owners before I even moved in. I loved living here , however over a year later after moving out and signed a paper to get my name off the lease they still have yet to fix it .!!! I’m very frustrated and annoying because today I was told if it wasn’t signed by the owner it’s gonna be sent to collections when I was off of the lease the time my old roommate renewed her own lease .
Nice, hidden gem. Quiet peaceful place to live. Nice, simple Floorplans, everything you need to live comfortably.
The best place, manager and front office always ready to help and maintenance team always ready to fix and assist you!!!
Apartments are nice and affordable.. Liz helped me get in and made the process so quick and easy. I recommend theses apartments. Peaceful
