As an adult who had some alignment issues, I went to Dr. Tight after getting crazy estimates of between $4,500 and $7,000 for braces. My dentist kept warning me I was getting ripped off, but had run out of referrals. I went to Dr. Tight, whom everyone had used in my high school. Thank goodness I remembered his name!! I've never met an orthodontist who didn't want to put on braces until I met Dr. Tight. He is very sensitive about wasting your money. With one of my children he said, "She might be able to get away without braces. Let's wait and see." I actually had to finally say, "I want the braces on her now." I never felt ripped off or questioned his charges. His office runs on time and he is always a gentleman. If our results were not perfect it was due to lack of discipline with retainer use. Highly recommend.
