First resized and then restored my vintage wedding ring(bottom), incredibly important piece for anyone and they did the best job but also with quick service. The first time I came in they even reshaped my engagement ring for free for me (from elsewhere) I would trust them with all my jewellery.
Attempted to have a few pieces i was asked to have evaluated and checked and instead of cutting the total i was charged almost 400 to have the appraisal state it was costume jewellery...shouldn't have charged excessively for fake pieces...
