I would never recommend this place they really screwed me over... they broke my phone and did not replace it or give me my money back.

Customer service rep is not only a cutie but she matches or should even be the standard customer service. Our have confidence that he can fix my dinasour and my newer device.
Horrible customer service, unreliable and fluctuating dates of completion. Do not go here. Different information was given on the phone versus in store. Phone was not unlocked and refund was not given. Willing to travel to north Atlanta for better companies.

The phone was successfully factory unlock and customer was trying to get a refund after the services was successfully completed. She told me the phone was never unlock she wants a refund I said okay no problem bring the phone in we will check it , she said she don't have the phone any more weekly later she showed up in the store without the phone but with the IMEI on a piece of paper. So I type the IMEI in my system voila the is unlock already. So I told since the phone is already unlock I will not able to give her a refund ... read more
