Terrible company. I recently lost my job, by no fault of my own. Two weeks before Christmas. Unemployment benefits are sparse. So I tried to contact Tigers Eye to retrieve money from my 401 k by phone and was given a voice mail and no one bothered calling me back. I went to their office and was given a run around saying I had to wait til next year before I can do anything. I sure hope the bank can wait til "Next Year" to foreclose.
