I have lived at 864 for a year now and I love it, the townhouse is great and very spacious and the staff do lots of events and giveaways which I love! Maintenance has always been great to us and come within a day or two usually after I put in a request. The only issue I have with the townhouse is the doors going to the outside (the front and back doors) do not have a good seal so during the summer we definitely have some bug issues. Other than that it is a great place to live and very close to campus!
Great staff, amenities, and living. I’ve lived in some frustrating apartment complexes but none of those issues are present here.
Some of the apartments in the back are super nice. The ones in the front when you just come in are older though, and they don’t care of the maintenance issues like they should.
