I’ve lived in 864 Clemson for my four years at Clemson. It’s the shortest drive to campus and it’s cool that I only have another roomate in the farmhouse. I have my own room and bathroom and the personal space is greatly appreciated with the stress of college and trying to get things done. Ive only lived at 864Clemson for about a month now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the leasing/management team has been responsive, professional, and incredibly friendly. Any maintenance request i’ve had was handled quickly — usually within 24hrs! This was my first apartment and it has been an amazing experience! Maintenance is extremely responsive and helpful. I love the community events which allow me to meet neighbors and the other wonderful people in this neighborhood.
