Thought I had a roof leak. I was fully expecting the “you are going to need a new roof” sales pitch. Not only did I not get that Ray told me my roof was fine and it wasn’t the roof causing the issue. 5 stars for honesty. Edit: called them back when I found a few facia boards that were rotting. They did an excellent job replacing the defective boards.
Getting a new roof is much like buying a new car. A very dreaded experience. I met Brian from Tiger Team Roofing and I knew that this company was for me. They are kind, knowledgeable, punctual and neat and tidy to say the least. My roof is gorgeous and they made several repairs that I didn't know even existed. I appreciate their honesty and kindness. Excellent Job, Excellent Company!!! Totally recommended! All staff very professional, Ray, Gigi, Stephanie, all amazing and very helpful thru the entire process! They were always communicating all that was going on and what was coming.
Tiger Team installed a new roof for us in December, 2024. The whole process went well and finished on time and without issue. Ray (primary rep/contact) was always available and quick to respond to any questions that came up during the process. He was very courteous and respectful of our time. Overall, would recommend Tiger Team to others, and, in fact, have already done so once or twice since the completion of our project.
