LaShanta was extremely helpful and patient. Her knowledge of the procedures and policies and ability to help me understand was impressive .
So far great. I rented the unit online on Saturday and went up Sunday to just find my unit. I couldn't find it after a while and figured I would just stop by Monday and ask. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from the manager of the location asking if I needed help finding my unit. She talked me through where I needed to go and stayed on the phone until I got there. Great customer service and great prices. Just can't beat it.
Great experience with Tiger Storage. They made things very easy and smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased. Lashonta was great.
