Secured, but easy to access. Plenty of video surveillance (something I consider important). Never had issue with conditions within facility (dry, never too cold or hot). Payment can be done via phone app, and I found a way of paying the account online, too. Autopay is an option as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've rented storage from several places over the years, and this is my favorite by far.
LaShanta walked me through everything involving the rental process and answered every question I had! Great customer service and location!
