Francisco was professional in replacing a bad thermostat on my 5 year old HVAC system. He checked the inside unit and outside unit and took many pictures. He checked temperatures of the vents and several readings of the outside unit. The reason he only gets 3 stars is shortly after he left I heard a rattle every time the a/c would kick on.
