The place itself and staff are nice. However, the company itself is predatory and holds a large amount of real estate and will raise rent yearly despite changing nothing new in the complex. You will not get your security deposit back and will be nickel and dimed for small things after moving out. Make sure that things like light bulbs are changed and to clean the place, because you will be overcharged by them for that and other minor problems that can be easily done with a single work order(which are already unreliable).
