I viewed a property and was called and pressured into submitting an application that day, which i did. I was told the next day that they would be processing someone else's application. My application fee was non refundable- many other property management companies refund the application fee if you don't get the apartment- Tiger Properties does not! New apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Management responds quickly to requests. Property is maintained well with bi-weekly lawn services.
Bottom of front door needs weather strip, it has a huge inch to inch and half gap, also there are a lot of centipedes crawling in apt.
My family and I love our apartment, and Tiger Properties of Clemson have done a wonderful job!!!!!
