Everything went well but we did not have hot water for 2 days and we do not know what mailbox number is ours so we cannot get our mail. Perhaps this info should be given to new residents when they get the keys. There is no one to answer questions on the weekends.
Love living here. We are very happy.
ATTENTION CLEMSON PARENTS - Absolutely AWFUL company. If you are a new Clemson University parent, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, especially at 123 College Heights Boulevard. Poor or non existent communication, ZERO EXPECTATION of privacy - they will enter or show whenever they want, run down properties, predatory towing agreement with Death Valley Towing, $160 "cleaning" fee even if you leave it in pristine condition, late fees if you refuse the "cleaning fee", "maintenance" is a hoarders unit on the property that looks like a homel... read more
