The appliances at our place were terrible and broke very often, but maintenance did a decent job fixing them frequently and there was really nothing else wrong with the place except maybe some bugs, but that’s expected.
Terrible property management company. 100% a shady company and I'm unsure how they still have a license. You could tell none of the employees knew anything about the properties. They force you to show the property you live in CURRENTLY. People will walk through your house multiple times a week for about 2 months straight WHILE YOU ARE LIVING THERE. Didn't clean the property before I moved in, sent in maintenance people who never fixed any of the issues at my place, black mold was everywhere in the A/C Unit. Pink mold was fou... read more
