Urgent call to fix leaking pipe, which John accomplished promptly. Seems the SharkBite connector on the hot water pipe exiting the hot water heater failed this morning after less than 4 yrs service, slowly wetting my mechanical room. John replaced the connector with a different kind and ensured everything the heater was running with no leaks.
