I am very disappointed. Dustin needs to focus on the issues he's called for. Instead he was giving quotes on things I clearly could not afford. He never even ran the water in my clogged leaking sink. Instead took pics and gave out of this world quotes. I just wanted my sink fixed and new garbage disposal installed. I'm so disappointed. I even cancel a prior appointment to give him time to work on things.I'm considering not being a club member anymore. Awful!
I NEED A MANAGER!! NOW!! I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE THIS MORNING! I NEED A MANAGER TO COME TO MY HOUSE. I'm happy with the service technician that came out, Gale Gresham. I hope the ones who will be changing our furnace will be just as good. I'll let you know.
