I hired this company expecting professional service, but the work was rushed, communication was poor, and the final results were very disappointing
The repair work was temporary at best and did not address the root cause of the issue.
The experience was frustrating due to repeated delays and rescheduling.
Tiger replaced my water heater in March of 2023. I just started having issues with it not heating water and it was throwing up an error code. I called them and set an appointment to have someone come out and look at it. I thought it would be under warranty but they told me the warranty for this model is 6 years for the tank, 1 year parts and labor.
