Current tenant. Message: My A/C has been out since 10/04/2022. Granted the a/x came the next day but lied and said he been fixing on the unit outside when i was literally on the balcony so the math ain’t mathing there. BUYER BEWARE!!! Living at Tiger Plaza has been ****. First off, the pool has been drained since we moved in a year ago. A person was SHOT and KILLED a few apartments down from us. A squatter broke into the apartment next to us, and when we reported him to the office, their response was to tell us that, "...[they] understand, as [they] live here too. I have been staying here since May 2021. My apartment was not move in ready when I moved in. The leasing agent lied about going to purchase a wifi box from Walmart or Best Buy and that the mailbox key is $22! On top of that when I finally moved into my apartment my washer and dryer was not installed, my refrigerator is still missing the shelves to door and freezer as well. These apartments need to be boarded up! Mold!rats!roaches! Knats! Trash everywhere! Changes locks without calling you in the middle of a flood! Harass you about rent! And I never pay after the 5th!! Something really need to be done about this property!

Pest Control is at the property once a week and we will gladly have them stop by this week. Locks were not changed during a flood and prior discussion was communicated with the resident. Just received a collection letter asking for $2,800 from a lease they released us from by transfer. We have proof via email that we were released from the lease and they emailed us via docusign the documents releasing us. Apparently the new tenant defaulted on their lease. I am appalled that Tiger Land would do this with out so much as a providing any proof, records, or current signed lease with my name on it.
