The Good: I got a great referral for this company from a personal friend. I was kind of panicking when I contacted him and the gentleman I spoke with, Mark/Owner, was very understanding and super patient. I asked a LOT of questions and he answered every single one of them. He came to my apartment as scheduled, and was very friendly with the manager of the complex. She even got ahold of me to tell me how nice he was.
