would give a 0 star if I could made multiple appointments with them that I had to miss work to be home for them to show up just for them to never show up or call then when I told my landlord who told us to call them they preceed to lie to my landlord saying they did come out and that there is nothing they can do when they never looked at the unit or anything now the inside of my house is hotter than it is outside do not waiste your time with this company

We have been waiting more than 3 months for an elusive part that needed to come in, after a few months they called and said a part was ready. We have tried to schedule an appointment for Friday, no one called or showed up to my house. When I called the office, the receptionist put me on hold, came back said I need to call my boss and ask what he wants to do. She never called back.
