Most excellent experience, from start to finish! I must admit I was skeptical at first when Tom said he could get the lawnmower started within a few minutes. And I was shocked when he did exactly as he said; I walked away for exactly 3 minutes and then I heard the sound of the engine. Such a personable guy, Tom is ,a real joy to speak with. Not to mention he knows his stuff. If you're thinking of having your equipment fixed... Tiger is the company to look at! And they have fair pricing!
Tom did a FANTASTIC job getting over to my shop during busy season and giving my Eco lawn 250 the tune up it needed. We have done 2 years of hard work on this unit and after Tom was done it runs (and looks) brand new. I would recommend calling Tom for servicing your top dressing machine, I’ll be calling him again!
I had a great experience with Tom who came out to my location to repair two of my lawn mowers. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issues, had the right tools and parts, and got both mowers up and running in no time. I appreciated how he explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and skilled definitely a 5-star experience. Tom is excellent at his craft and can repair almost any piece of gas fired equipment you own. I have used him several times for mowers , pressure washers, and most recently a 15 hp chipper which he repaired in about an hour. Mike
