This guy really knows what he’s doing. I had another “technician” come in and try to fix my Honda 3000is inverter generator earlier in the day, and he made a lot of mistakes. The generator still didn’t work, he spilled several gallons of gas in my garage, and I was out. $160 and he told me I needed parts that were NOT needed. Tiger came out and figured out the issue right away, cleaned the gunk out of my carb and put things back the right way. The generator works perfectly now, starts right up and is like new again. Most excellent experience, from start to finish! I must admit I was skeptical at first when Tom said he could get the lawnmower started within a few minutes. And I was shocked when he did exactly as he said; I walked away for exactly 3 minutes and then I heard the sound of the engine. Such a personable guy, Tom is ,a real joy to speak with. Not to mention he knows his stuff. If you're thinking of having your equipment fixed... Tiger is the company to look at! And they have fair pricing!
Tom is an excellent mechanic, and a funny guy as well. I called him today (05 February 2026) and he provided same-day service. He came out and changed my carburetor, swapped the oil, and performed a valve adjustment on my generator. He got me up and running all within one hour , give or take.. I highly recommend!
Tom was awesome personally and professionally. Quick response and fair pricing. He came to our house and quickly repaired my portable generator which has a few old internal parts. Runs perfectly now. Thanks Tom!
