The absolute best place to go! Joyce has done 95% of the ink of my body and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended! She doesn't charge for drawing up your ideas, very fair prices, awesome little shop. My second home! Go see her! You will be happy you did!! I am a loyal Tiger Lily client, won't go anywhere else! Joyce is an amazing artist and awesome person!
