I called this company and they came in 20 minutes they fixed my ac problem and he was also really nice his name was torch
my ac went out and i scheduled for a tech to come and check out the issue…appt was to be between 8am to 9:30…9:30 came by and no text nor call to touch base…i called close to 10am and cancelled the appointment….never got a call.. ****well now i know why no one called…even when the virtual assistant stated that someone would call me…i appreciate the offer now….but my AC is currently being repaired****
HORRIBLE COMPANY, I had an emergency with my VACATION HOME. I was given a 3 hour time frame. No one SHOWED UP.or even bothered to call me. They guarantee 24/7 service. What a SCAM
