Zero responsibility for their own products! I am waiting for over 4 months for a rice cooker pot to be made! Ridiculous. Why can’t they take ownership, and say that they don’t have it, go buy a new rice cooker. All they can do is promise, and send polite generic emails. Nobody answers the phone in their office. I think this business is fake and the location does not exist!

I was looking for a part number for a power cord to a Rice Cooker I own. Sadly, support refused to help as it was a Japanese model. They were not rude, just gave me allot of unnecessary information and made no attempt to contact the main offices in japan
Rebate ripoff. They never sent the rebate payment I was supposed to get when I sent the receipt and paperwork. I know they got it because I sent it with delivery confirmation, so they just never paid me. I left several messages and never got a call back. The state attorney general should investigate. On another matter, the "inner pan" of the rice cooker (best they offered) had the handles melt and more recently the coating is peeling off. It was not used that much and should have been tougher. Horrible customer and warranty service. Assigned rice cooker repair to some bankrupt store and no return of rice cooker. Customer service only super lazy and not replying anything. Horrible experience.
