Very disappointing experience. I purchased a lock actuator for the front left door last Friday (17 April 2026) from Tiger Auto. Today, my mechanic confirmed that the part provided was actually for the rear door, so it was clearly the wrong item. I returned to the store straight away to request a refund, but the staff member initially refused. When I insisted, he became aggressive, used abusive language, and told me to leave. I have never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour anywhere in Australia.
I wish I read the reviews before we made contact. My husband rang and they were very short and rude on the phone, so I sent an email and I’m still waiting for a response I guess they don’t need the business.
