I called two weeks ago to have someone come and give me an estimate. We set up an appointment and then someone from the office called to reschedule for the following week. I waited around all day for them to come before I finally decided to call. I called and they said that I was the one that cancelled!! Not true, I said, “you guys called me to reschedule and now I’ve waisted my whole day.” I was finally able to get another appointment.
