Rent is high, small kitchen, long distance from parking to apartments, old apartments.
Very basic place. quiet during the day. Parking lot is getting more filled up and makes me nervous that one day I won't be able to park at my own complex but hasn't happened yet. There are no assigned spots other than resident/visitor spots. Pool is physically present but non-functioning while still filled with stagnant water. No dishwasher and the water heater runs out after 20 mins but it's good otherwise. Nice neighbors, landscaping kept up and they added new paint and signage all over. Do not rent here! Property management company are leeches. They raise the rent the max allowed amount while failing to do simple things like making sure the dumpster is accessible for disabled and elderly residents. When a contractor the manager hired damaged my property due to not doing the work correctly, the manager actually laughed when I informed her and did nothing to address the issue.
The end of your parking lot is flooded so good luck getting out or it’s not draining properly so you guys need to fix that
