Top Notch mechanics close to high growth suburban areas of Southwestern Beaverton and North Tigard, always comes through with prompt service, excellent review of work to be done, outstanding tracking and updates of work being done and on time in promised completion time. I've been a customer for well over five (5) years and will continue to have Tigard SUV service our family's vehicles.
These guys have knowledge and professionalism in hand. As well as knowing how to tell a good story. I got to chat with Chris (owner I think) about his business and hobbies. Great conversation. They always make a point of telling what is the factory recommendations and what is best for your vehicles health. I appreciate someone that can take knowledge and break it down for someone. Pretty great place. Been here twice now and they were very straightforward. Didn't try to upsell me anything- just told me what was wrong with my vehicle and the cost for each item, and which things I'd like fixed or to hold off if possible. I also appreciate the inspection overview sent to my email. Wish more places were like this honestly.
Moving forward, I don’t see myself going to any other auto repair shop. Thank you to the whole staff..
Answered phone, got my car in same-day and had it done within 2 hours. Didn't try to upsell unnecessary stuff and the price was much more reasonable than other spots I've been. Trustworthy and they do good work.
