Front desk staff was very friendly, my gripe is with the actual dentist's staff. I came with severe pain on a decayed wisdom tooth hoping for some relief, they examined me and the dentist said she could not prescribe me anything, told me to buy Motrin and wished me luck on my extraction next week. Never felt so neglected by medical professionals before. I love Smile Generation offices got most of my work done by their offices but this one did not hit the mark. I’ve had great experiences at this dental office! The team is always friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, which helps me feel comfortable and informed. They’re thorough in their work, and I truly appreciate how kind and professional everyone is. I’m getting some dental work done soon, and I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!
Doctor Shrestha was very caring, prompt to answer my questions, showed compassion and I felt she was very honest. Plus every person I came in contact were really awesome Nadeline and Nick they both were really great
