The procedure works okay, but you must have the same area treated twice. GLP-1s might be a better option. Unprofessional appointment handling. There’s no formal process to make an appointment for micro needling you have to depend on texting and calling the woman who handles it, the confusion resulted in me showing up and no one being there. Upsetting because I was told that I failed to send my email and that’s why she never put me on her calendar, I would have appreciated a text or call during the time I was there. This has been my 4th microneedling experience with Gina and the results have got better each time. I’m so happy with the latest results, especially on a old scar area! Cannot wait to come back for a chemical peel next time!
I bought a groupon for two microneedling sessions here. The process of scheduling an appointment was easy, the microneedling was effective, and Gina was really lovely, patient, obviously very knowledgable and has a ton of experience. I was nervous but it was a great experience!
Caught in an exit scam? Bought a voucher for a 480$ service here online, called to make an appointment 20 times, left messages with callback numbers, called on different days, on different phone numbers, no response, no callback, no answer. How are you supposed to get an appointment (for a service you paid for!) if nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back?
