I loved this dental office when I first became a patient. My dentist was a woman, I don’t recall her name, and she did amazing work. The next time I had gone in it was a different dentist, some guy with zero personality, let alone “bedside manner”. From the time I walked into the door until I was seen by the dentist the service was very friendly. I was treated with respect and courtesy. They were not even concerned with the fact that it had been a long time since I had seen a dentist. The atmosphere in the office was very good. My entire adult life has been spent dreading trips to the dentist because of childhood experiences. I put off dental maintenance and work so long, that I just couldn't bear not smiling or opening my mouth any more. The staff and doctor at Tigard Family Dental put me at ease immediately. They were so professional, and explained every step of the process. They even worked out a financially viable plan to get me back to normal with eating, and appearance of my "jacked" up teeth.
