First time renting an apartment so was not informed beforehand on when we have to tell them if we’re leaving or continue to stay. Ended up pay for another month since they said we have to tell them 28 days in advance. We have to pay 117$ more even though our move out day supposed to be 2nd of March but they assigned it to the 3rd of March and charge us more.
