I bought a 2016 Tige Z3 last spring. When I brought up that there were no straps to hold the back of the boat to the Boatmate trailer, the salesman said that the manufacturer was aware of it and when a fix came out they'd fix it under the warranty. When I asked about it recently I was told neither Tige nor Boatmate were willing to fix it. The dealer told me it would take 6 hours of time to fix it but I would have to pay for it. I have a ton of issues and they have fixed em all but one. a boat that 2 month old shouldnt have to go to the shop 5 times for various issues. The main one is the boat some times wont start my dealer says there is nothing they can find wrong with it. IT always starts for them wish i could just get my issue resolved. I cant get no responce from tige and dealer apparently cant fix it hope anyone who buys one has better luck than me.
