The Doctor and nurses were great. The one line checkout is very very slow. I'm sure the checkout lady was working as fast as she could, But I was there for an eye exam and to be fitted for a new frame and then proceed to checkout and pay, well it doesn't work like that, you have to wait as if you have an appointment in order to pay at check out, this is ridiculous.. My Appointment was at 10:00 am, I was there at 09:50 am, at 10:20 am taken back for eye exam. From 10:20 - 11:30 eye exam and fitted for new frame. 11:30 - 11:50... read more

My eyes have been looked out for 16 years in this place. Every experience has always been amazing and I've always felt thoroughly cared for. Thank you!
The service and hospitality was amazing. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the small crammed waiting room after dilation. Other than that it was overall a great experience.
Well everyone is very nice and courteous but the waiting to see Dr.B is just too long! Also the parking is terrible!I had to park at the very back on the grass! I found one seat for my brother and I had to stand up for a few minutes because there were no more seats!! THANK YOU!!
They helped my wife get in to see a corena specialist in Tallahassee Florida and maybe save her eye thanks Dr Wagonhorst and staff
