Horrible experience. After returning my rental, the associate told me I owed nothing more than what I originally paid. However, WEEKS after this, and now months, Uhaul has charged my card without my permission numerous times. This is all after their associate told me I owed nothing and my transaction had been closed. Since July 8th, they’ve charged me 3-4 times without consent. I attempted to dispute the transactions, and customer service never got back to me.

Overbooked trucks, overcharge, terrible customer service, manager on duty extremely rude and unaccomodating , only concerned about making more money.
Rented a U-Haul this month and the person who put my info in the system, sent my contract to someone else (Which had all my personal information). Thank God the person who received my information was kind hearted and gave me a call to let me know!!
U Haul Holbrook gave me the worst experience renting a trailer.. Young woman August 15th 2021 started off with nasty mannerisms.. Then continued to hang up phone after misleading her supervisor.. Then they both got cult like and refused business.. Already had reservation.. Had to call another location with no problems.. Something has to be done about Holbrook.. Can’t believe that’s a business ran.. More like a Mom& POP thing.. No professionalism.. Please fire someone...!!!
I have been renting U Hauls since I my first Army move in 1972. This was the best experience ever. The Austin Highway location is clean, well-organized and friendly. Plenty of help. They act like they really want and appreciate your business. The store is well-organized and perfectly clean.
I cant believe a company of this size can not function when there is a "system outage". Since I could not pick up and use the truck I had reserved, I do hope that my bank account does not get any charges. If so, lookout
Franklin the manager got me in quickly but it was Juan who installed my hitch that was awesome. He was having a difficult time but didn’t give up and gave it his all to get my Jeep back together correctly. 5 stars to Juan !!!!
