I have been with this place since 2016. I run a business and needed the gate code and they refuse to give it to me. I have never been late ,always pay on time by check. Horrible customer service.
You can’t get into the place! They change the code monthly and will not answer the phone when you need to get in!
Friendly staff… disappointed in ways to access my storage! Was told I will be provided with a after hour code… problem is the Box and gates doesn’t work after 5pm M-F ! And if you attempt to access close to the office closing you will be locked it! (Has happened to me before) And the number that’s posted to call for after hours no one picks up or returns any messages! So beware!
