I use Dr. Allen Vickers , and I appreciate his professional abilities and skills . His personable , reassuring manner welcomes confidence and trust from a patient . Furthermore , his capable staff complete the positive atmosphere that emanates throughout the office /practice .i am delighted to have him for my dentist .
I had a pretty positive experience at this dental place. However, I had a balance that I owed that I was trying to get some clarification on since I never had an unknown balance for a simple filling. I came in to replace an old filling and to fill another tooth to fix a space I had from gum irritation and recession.. I paid 56 when I left the office so just wanted to know what I owed and for what? I spoke to Mercedes about my concern and she was right off the bat not friendly and rude.
