I called to set up an appointment and asked if they took Medicare. They informed me they were in the process of getting it and it shouldn’t be too much longer and they would call me once they had it. Several days later they called and got me my first appointment. I had 8 sessions when Connie called to tell me my insurance denied my claim due to “ not being medically necessary “ . Absolutely disgusting service. There is complete lack of professionalism here. I was made uncomfortable just by being within the building, I have ALWAYS had a bad story to tell once leaving the building.

I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism. I had an appointment that was scheduled weeks ago. When I went to check up on the procedure for the video conference appointment I was informed that my appointment had been given away. I was never contacted. All communication was text. When I called to express my distaste there was no apology or anything. Absolutely disgusting.
