I asked for 6 cookies and the guy at the desk told me it would take “15 mins to bake them”. I said I’ll wait if he can bake them and then he proceeds to emphasis “are you really going to wait, we close a little over an hour from now”. Seemed like he just didn’t want to help. First time experiencing this at this location.

I went to pick up an order from the front and waited for my turn to state that I was there to pick up. I declared the name, wasn’t addressed; that’s all fine and good. I then said, “Thank you, have a great-“ then was cut off by the employee who quickly said “Kay-bye” in a very snippy manner. I’m there to pick up my order and go, that was unwarranted.
