We love Tiff's Treats cookies! Whether purchasing as a gift, or for us to enjoy, they are always presented so lovely, taste delicious and warm, fresh baked cookies are the best! At the Plano location (121 Hwy), Tom Hallas has been super kind, friendly and professional. He made sure to verify orders with me due to my note about allergen concerns. When I called to make sure he was recognized for his excellent customer service, James made sure to provide the same kind of great service and kindness. Thank you
I recently ordered cookies from Tiff’s Treats and had a very disappointing experience. The cookies I received were clearly underbaked and tasted like raw cookie dough. When you order fresh cookies, you at least expect them to be properly baked. I contacted customer service hoping the issue would be resolved, but Heather denied helping with the situation. I watch the employee stop making my order that was suppose to be ready at 5:10 to assist a current customer. Now my cookies won’t be hot and fresh smh service sucks…got cookies 15 minutes later…defeats the purpose of me coming on time.
Messed up on past 2 deliveries, Will not be ordering again.
