I stopped by around 9:30pm on 2/28/26 to order a few cookies. I could only see one associate in the restaurant during a busy Saturday night, but he did an amazing job balancing drop-in and pickup orders while remaining polite, efficient, and organized.
Tom, the manager, did a great job! He was very patient under pressure of having several customers at once; and very professional & accurate when packaging each order. He has great customer service with being friendly & helpful hints to reheat cookies if needed.
The manger Tom was super helpful with my order and helped me pick out my cookies. The store was also very clean and welcoming!
Poor customer service. Even after placing order online I had to wait for 25 mins when I came to pick the order
This is usually a solid location. The last order I received was the worst order I’ve ever gotten from tiffs treats. The cookies were hard and stale and did not have a good taste whatsoever very disappointing
