Only because my cookies was pack in a Ziploc bag. The same bag different flavors cookies. I was very upset about the package of my order when I receive it

I offered $1000 to just have an over sized chocolate chip cookie, the $1000 was just from frustration of not being able to get a large cookie like every other cookie store in the United States, $1000 would cover any cost it would take to just enlarge it for my birthday (I’m about to join the Air Force) but unfortunately they don’t care about customer satisfaction or service. Sadly most of that $1000 would have went towards tip but management doesn’t cares about their employees. (If need be I can list stores that allow this)
