Great place for Tiffin Wayfarer repairs! Unfortunately, this service center is no longer open as Tiffin has combined Wayfarer service into the Tiffin Red Bay Service Center.

I called and left a message on I think 6111 extension about needing help with the trim piece over the outside driver side compartments. It was detaching and I asked for advice on how to fix it. I never got a call back. That’s why I rated it poorly. I have since done my best with caulk and tape to hold it on and hopefully my RV dealer will be able to fix it this winter

15 Sep 2023 - This is my second Tiffin, did I make a mistake? I haven't been able to speak with anyone regarding warranty work after trying for days and being placed on hold forever each time I call. And now I just hung up again after holding for 30 minutes, ridiculous! Does anyone work in the service department? 19 Sep 2023 - Still waiting on return call from Service Department.

They did a FANTASTIC JOB to take care of the issues we had with our 2022 RW. The whole staff were the most friendly and helpful. It's sad to hear that Thor/Tiffin is going to close the service center at Winfield and merge with the Red Bay. SO SAD for the employees. Wayfarer owners will not get the personable service that they received at Winfield. We have owned a few RV's and have had to take them to the dealerships for repairs, some of those encounters have not been pleasant.

Very nice people to deal with. They have 5 bays and set 5 appts per day. They fixed my issues plus a couple other ones. Debbie, Justin, and Josh were excellent to work with. I highly recommend.
