We had a couple issues with our Tiffin Wayfarer RW and drove to Red Bay, Alabama. Greg Childer was great help at the service center and eventually guided us to Winfield, Alabama. We met Greg Dodd and Jeff Long in Winfield, where the RV’s are designed and made. If you want to get to the bottom of any issues they are the ones to make it happen. Dealing with their customer service for parts and service is painful. They are not rude by any means but it's just one incompetent individual after another.
