T3 and its trainers are all top notch! For the first time ever, I’m seeing results and am motivated. Everyone is so helpful and the class formats keep you engaged and moving. I always look forward to going!
I've been training at T3 for 3 years now, and I can't say enough about this gym. I had zero experience with weight lifting when I started, and was intimidated. I'm so glad I got into it! The smaller classes allow for personal attention, and every single trainer is knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of all skill levels. T3 Training is the most motivating gym I’ve ever joined. Unlike the chain gyms, T3 offers small class sizes where the trainers know you by name and are truly invested in your fitness journey. The workouts are always different—challenging, creative, and never boring.
I can’t say enough great things about this gym and the amazing team that runs it! Shane, Tiffany, and truly every staff member go above and beyond to motivate, encourage, and make every class a positive experience. The trainers go above and beyond to ensure all students are well informed, comfortable and given the technical assistance necessary for a successful and meaningful workout.
