I have been going for awhile now and love this place. I always have the older lady do my nails and she takes her time and does a great job!

If you want acrylics I would not recommend this place unless you can get the oldest gal there. She did an amazing job on my moms but the gal that did mine did a horrible job! Almost all of the nails she glued on had a unnatural lift to them like pointing upwards and then when I asked her to fix it she ran a file over it ONCE! She kept turning around to watch the tv while still doing my nails so that explains things. Then they were shaped super uneven and she was all around messy with the polish application. I picked Tiffany's Nails after several attempts of trying to getninto Andy's and EVERY time having a 30 minute or more, wait time. Helen is the only one that has ever worked on my nails and I think she is AWESOME!! She includes me in all thenconversations and always has ideas when I am having a hard time deciding. I won't go any place else now. AND I have never waited over 10 minutes which is unbelievable. Greeted at the door each time. Love my nails every time. Thanks ladies! !!

I have been going to this nail shop for years and have NO idea what the negative review is referring to. Had been several places previously and was less than happy with them, but I found a home at Tiffany's. Helen is a peach and does a fabulous job, but so do the others who work there. They are almost always busy when I get there, but they work hard to accommodate me since I drive in from Knoxville. I actually only go every three or four weeks and my nails last. I find everyone friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I read the other reviews and I do agree.... the menicures arent the greatest... but the lady that usually does them is anything but rude... The reason shes doesnt say much if anything at all is beacause she doesnt speak english but she is very nice. Helen does an amazing job on acrylic nails.... My mother, aunt, and myself have been going there for a year now and we have never had one nail crack, break, or come off. I stepped into the Tiffany's Nail salon earlier today and the first thing I did when I got home was sit down at my computer to write this review. When I first got there, it seemed like none of the ladies working there wanted to help me. Finally an older gal gave in to give me my manicure. She did not speak to me through the entire manicure, other than to tell me where to put my hands and to pay her.
