I purchased a groupon for the service at this place and schedule an appointment for a Saturday morning. The appointment was confirmed by them via text message. But they called me a day before the appointment date and canceled it. They asked me to reschedule. I was not happy but had no other choice. So I rescheduled it for the following Saturday. Then on the appointment day, they called me again a few hours before the appointment and CANCELED IT AGAIN! I cannot believe it. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had ... read more
