Her website information is incorrect. I waited 3 months for an appointment received a confirmation. Just to be told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently her office moved and none of her appointments merged from her old platform. Which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
I used to love this office but I've never had to jump through so many hoops just to get an appointment. It is ridiculous. I am forced to find another service provider because they simply do not value or care for Customer Service.
I recently established care with Dr. Woodus. Dr. Woodus and her team were professional, communicative, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way prior, during and after care. I am relieved and sure I made the right choice in changing providers. Thank you, team!
I have been going to Dr. Woodus for about 5 years and absolutely love her throroughness, bedside care and she is simply a good human. Awesome experience as always at the new location in Mansfield.
