Tiff is wonderful, although I've purchased and sold a few homes, I was new to the Charlotte area and Tiff gave me insights that I couldn't otherwise find just searching through the typical sites such as Zillow or Redfin. She really made the buying process easy, worked around my difficult schedule, and made sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted. Tiff made the process feel more like a friend helping a friend vs an agent and a client!
