Extremely poor scheduling staff support. When I requested an appointment for consultation after a newly diagnosed cardiac condition resulted in discontinuing previous meds and treatment for osteoarthritis and osteopenia treatments, I was told by secretarial staff the doctor couldn't see me unless it was for the previous hand pain that had been my treatment focus.
