The Alexandria office was professional, friendly, straightforward and on time! Every interaction with staff was pleasant. Dr. Pan was fantastic. She took time to answer my questions and to explain my treatment plan. If all health care providers used this model, patient satisfaction would increase!
This was probably the most efficient and productive doctor’s appoint in my life. The app made it very easy to get my info uploaded and then when I arrived they got me back to a treatment area quickly. I was never waiting more than 3-4 mins before some came back to get something done (e.g., remove splint, take new x-rays, consult with Dr. Pan).
