I SAW MY COLLEAGUE'S NAILS AND ASKED HER WHERE WAS SHE GOING TO HAVE HER NAILS DONE! I ASKED HER FOR THE NAME AND DIRECTIONS OF THE BUSINESS! SHE TOLD ME ABOUT MIA AND JOHN, THE OWNERS. AFTER LEAVING WORK TODAY, I CALLED AND ASKED FOR MIA! SHE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT @ 5:00. SHE DID AN AWESOME, AWESOME JOB! I OPTED FOR THE HEALTHY NAILS. ALSO, WE HAD A JOYOUS TIME TOGETHER! BUT ANYWAY, TRY FOR YOURSELF! THANKS SO MUCH MIA! LOVE JUNE
This was repulsive. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and got a head nod. No English spoken, no price menu for services or options. I had explained I had a broken nail and to please be careful. I asked her 4 times to please leave it alone and she continued to dig into my nails. After peeling off half my heel, there was no lotion applied or any typical services. The water was never drained and it smelt like cat pee. $30 down the drain.
The hours posted on the website and the store front are wrong. It says they are open until 7pm but I’ve come twice now around 6:20-6:30pm and the doors are locked, people are cleaning and they don’t let you in. Signage should get updated- nail salons in the area close early and it would be beneficial for them to actually stay open the extra half hour.
I I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over two years, and I’m never disappointed. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel valued, not just like another number. Ben is my go-to for nails. He’s incredibly talented, especially with ombré and French styles, and always so patient and detail-oriented. Terrible experience. I walked in with my service dog and was immediately greeted with a frown saying I was not welcome. I explained he was a service dog with a badge and certification. The owner said that’s not allowed but to go and get my nails done. Honestly I should have left but since I was already there I stayed. Then the entire time I was getting my nails done the owner kept staring at me with a rude face as if I was doing something wrong.
