Very good place for Manicures and Pedicures. I gave them 4 stars because they are a little pricey when it comes to adding nail tips on. They need to reduce the price. I always get Manicures, so the price for manicures are decent.
The last 4 times we have come have been terrible. 3 times with appointments and still had to wait, one time up to an hour. The cut on my toes was terrible, i had to re-do them myself. Today i got there for the opening and they sat my mother down to begin her pedicure and then asked her to get up and wait because someone else came in for an appointment. We’re done here.

All their technicians are on their phones all the time. Last time I went they were fighting over who would do my nails b/c they were all huddled in the back corner on their phones. I also had a technician 2 times in a row that was awful. She did a gel manicure that peeled and chipped b/c the nail polish was way too thick. She cut my nail too short. There was also clear gel all over my cuticles and skin around my nails. They used to be great, but I won't go there anymore!
So my only issue with this place is that they charge an extra $10 for gel nail polish IN addition to the $35 fill-in cost; I’ve never been somewhere that charges that in addition, it’s usually included in the cost of a UV gel fill-in. That being said, their $25 pedicure (they have options going up to $70,yikes) was the best pedicure I’ve had & very generous in terms of little extras (paraffin dip, hot stone massage).
