The studios manager contacted me directly after they saw the issue with my nails. We addressed it and got ot taken care of. Jack Made sure my nails were perfect and spot on and they did it for free because of their mistake

I paid $57.00 for my manicure less then three days later, the nails were chipping, the paint color was falling off, and like 4 days afyer I went a couple of them fell off completely. The male stylist kept telling me "like yo hair" no matter how many times I said thank you. The wait was horrible. When I walked in they told be the wait would be 10 minutes and I sat there for 45.
