It was my first time visiting this salon to get my eyebrows done, and I have been in pain ever since. A red mark has remained on my skin for over a day, which has never happened to me before. I will not be returning. Additionally, their services are overpriced in comparison to other salons. I should have confirmed the pricing before agreeing to the service.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and a half and never once complained, until now. After a bad nail service from Lilly , I respectfully reached out to have them redone. That’s when everything went downhill. The owner, Lynn, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of handling the situation properly, she started making fun of me and trying to get rid of me, even saying things like “no one here is good,” which is shocking coming from the owner herself. I went into this facility and was asked how can I help you. I said may I get gel polish with a design and manicure. They told me to sit at the second seat, second row by the wall. The gentleman came to do my nails and was very nice also comical. He painted my nails nicely and like I asked. I left from the location and about an hour later I looked at them and they were bubbly looking. I could not go back but I called and was placed on hold. Affordable but very disappointing. Got my nails done for my friend’s wedding and I have so much polish on my skin. The paint is even lifted near my nail beds and I just left their salon 20 minutes ago.
