Super friendly owners. Can accommodate same day bookings and their technicians are super careful to keep the gel polish away from my skin as I’m slightly allergic. All around great nail studio

Will NOT be returning. The guy in the front was really rude. I told them while I was making the reservation that I needed my extension removed. As I was seated, the guy brought a spare nail tip and just scraped off my extensions. To squeeze in the tip between my real nails and extensions, he BENT my real nails, and TORE the extensions off. Not even a soak off or grinding tool? I told him that hurt and he said “Well, where did you get these sets from?” Not even a sorry, he immediately blamed the other salon. I had previously done my nails at this salon, and today, January 30, I came to try their waxing service. When I booked my appointment over the phone, I requested a 10:30 AM slot. They confirmed with me by saying “ten fifty,” but today, while I was on my way at 10:40 AM, they called to tell me that I was late because my actual appointment was at 10:15 (fifteen).
