About two months ago, I called the salon to explain that I have skin sensitivity and allergies, and I wanted to book with a technician who would be very careful. The man who answered the phone (possibly the manager) sounded impatient and interrupted me. I am not completely sure, but I think the technician’s name was Kim. Fast, clean, professional.
This use to be more to go place to get my nails done, however recently service and quality has dropped significantly.
Just came home after having a beautiful pedicure. The one thing I'm curious about is why they don't put the clients in the 6 nice chairs rather than putting us in the chairs that are barely working. The girls are nice and they do a very good job with lots of care. The massages are next level.
