Dr. Lin and her team have been the most disorganized, apathetic, and incompetent team of healthcare workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. My experience has been horrific, and they’ve only worsened my condition. My initial procedure was delayed by months because they kept rescheduling on me and refusing to disclose any reason. After waiting four months for an appt and taking off work, traveling an hour and a half for the visit, the front desk turned me away for being 18 minutes late (4 train stalled) which is 3 minutes past their grace period. So don’t be late. Otherwise it’s back to the back of the line.
She is my doctor and she is one of the best anesthesiologists and pain management doctors there is. I definitely recommend her.
